Virtually any hotel FF&E asset can be financed and it
includes hard and soft costs, installation, freight, signage,
etc. All types of hard costs to include furniture, fixtures,
case goods, wall décor, TV's, lamps, computers, telephone
equipment, washers & dryers, door locks, ice machines,
air conditioners etc. . Similarly soft costs like carpets,
beddings, linen, drapes, etc.
We offer 100% financing so your working capital and credit
lines are preserved completely and are available for
building
business and profitability. There are no vendor restrictions,
so you can continue to work with your preferred vendor.
Your monthly payments are fixed at the starting of the
lease and shall be fixed for the entire term - no exposure
to rising rates!! Choose between $1, 10% balloon or
a fair market value (FMV ) buyout.
